Franklin's 37th Annual Fall Festival 2019 Shop early for Christmas while you check out the many vendors, our downtown shops and our farmers market during the day then head to Barrett's Landing for an evening of music, dancing, laughter and great food! Bring your chairs and blankets and relax!
