A free college planning event geared to assist high school seniors, and sponsored by Educational Credit Management Corporation (ECMC) will be hosted by Paul D. Camp Community College on Wednesday, March 27, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Hobbs Suffolk Campus, 271 Kenyon Road. Get college planning tips, a chance to win one of three $250 scholarships to PDCCC (one per household), and enjoy free pizza and beverages. Entrants must be in grades 9-12 and present to win scholarships. Tentative agenda includes: • Career exhibits and information sessions—5-6 p.m. • Free pizza and beverages—6-6:30 p.m. • College planning presentations—6:30-7:30 p.m. • Scholarship drawings—7:30-8 p.m.
