The Paul D. Camp Community College On Ramp Program will be offering free training on Thursday, Feb. 23, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in rooms 204 and 206 at the college’s Regional Workforce Development Center, 100 North College Drive, Franklin. The training is only available to those who reside in the counties of Isle of Wight and Southampton, and the cities of Franklin and Suffolk who have also been laid off or terminated and are eligible for or have exhausted their unemployment benefits.
