Franklin Cruise In starts at 4 pm
Franklin Market on Main starts at 4 pm
Embers Band performs 6-9 pm
Free hot dogs and watermelon (courtesy of Franklin Experience) starts at 6:30 pm 
Fireworks 9:15 pm
