Learn how to prepare a themed charcuterie tray with artful presentation from Culinary Arts Instructor, Lea Ann Witherspoon Kemp. Enjoy the demonstration, then sample the delicious food with some wine and fellowship.
Beaches or Peaches tray: Learn to create a Peach Burrata Charcuterie board with fresh summer peaches, vine ripe heirloom tomatoes, fresh cherries and a lovely selection of gourmet cheese and meats.
