Learn how to prepare a themed charcuterie tray with an artful presentation from Culinary Arts Instructor, Lea Ann Witherspoon Kemp. Enjoy the demonstration, then sample the delicious food with some wine and fellowship. Advanced registration is recommended. August 10 - Tailgating Tray Tailgating tray: With Jerk Wings as the meaty centerpiece and paired with a quick creamy cilantro dipping sauce, traditional celery and carrots for dipping, sweet and salty snacks along with a variety of cheese, crackers and other tailgating favorites. Advanced Tuition:  $35 RMA Members Save 10%  Day of the Event: $40  Ages 21+ please. Minors must be  ?accompanied by a parent or guardian.
