Event Description:
Instructor: Jane Riddick Fries Yoga Instructor, Jane Riddick-Fries, YRT200, will guide you through an hour of centering, breathing and mindful stretching for all levels, followed by wine and snacks. Mats and props will be available, however you can bring your own if you would like. Advanced registration is recommended.
